    1. A Nexus 5X. So far, so good, though it is a big phone.

    1. I donated a HTC EVO 4G LTE to the Chesapeake Bay. It was on its last legs anyway, running a slightly buggy version of Jelly Bean that was released and later withdrawn by HTC. I still miss the perfect size of it, though

    1. I'm quite happy with it, and I think it feels pretty solid overall.

  8. I've got an HTC Hero as a spare, but it works better than this because it has a custom Gingerbread ROM with Android 2.3.7 (Cyanogen). I have it set up for WiFi calling using Google Voice and an app called GrooveIP which still works even though Google banned it. So I can use it with my main number for calling and texting without a carrier as long as I'm online.

    1. Is that CM7? I used to use that as my daily driver when it was my everyday phone, but when I tried to update to it recently I had problems with the Google Play store -- I couldn't download or update any apps.

    1. I wasn't familiar with that one until you mentioned it. The design looks a bit older than the Hero IMO, but it came out a year later. .512 GB storage!?!
